Crane work in Las Vegas demands precision, certification, and local knowledge — three things you won't consistently get from a national rental house dispatching a machine and a crew from out of state. EquipMe Rentals operates mobile cranes in Las Vegas with NCCCO-certified operators who know how to work in the heat, read the wind patterns off the Spring Mountains, and navigate the permit process with the City of Las Vegas and Clark County.
Our mobile crane fleet covers 30 to 100-ton lift capacity. Boom reach runs 80 to 200 feet depending on the crane configuration. We handle steel erection, HVAC and mechanical equipment placement, precast concrete setting, truss installation, sign and lighting structure lifts, and general material handling at height.
Rates start at $850/day for smaller-tonnage cranes and go to $2,500/day for larger machines. Weekly rates run $2,975–$7,500. Monthly rates for extended projects run $8,500–$20,000. All crane rentals require a certified operator — we don't release cranes dry. This is a safety standard we hold firm on, and it protects your jobsite and your liability.
Operator rate is contact us for pricing billed in addition to equipment. NCCCO certification covers all crane types we operate. Operators carry proof of certification, and copies are available for your OSHA job logs.
Crane lifts require a lift plan. We can help you build one or review your existing plan. For lifts near power lines, we coordinate with NV Energy for safe clearance. For lifts over public roads or right-of-way, we coordinate the permit with NDOT or the local municipality. This isn't extra — it's part of how we run jobs in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas market has seen massive demand for crane services tied to the data center buildout in the northwest valley, casino renovation projects on and off the Strip, and the ongoing residential high-rise development downtown and in the Arts District. If you're working on any of these project types, you need a crane partner who shows up on time, doesn't cancel, and has the right certification in hand before the lift starts.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size mobile crane do I need for my project?
For most commercial HVAC and rooftop placements, a 30–50 ton crane is sufficient. Steel erection for mid-rise structures typically requires 75–100 tons. We'll review your lift plan and recommend the right crane class. Never undersize a crane — the safety margin is not negotiable.
Do all crane rentals include an operator?
Yes, always. We do not release mobile cranes without a certified operator. Our operators are NCCCO certified, insured, and have 5+ years of field experience. Operator rate is contact us for pricing in addition to the equipment rental, billed in 4-hour minimums.
Can you help with the lift plan for a Las Vegas project?
Yes. For straightforward lifts we can advise verbally. For complex or permitted lifts — near power lines, over public roads, or involving multiple picks — we recommend a stamped lift plan from a licensed crane engineer. We can refer you to engineers we've worked with in the Las Vegas market.
How far in advance do I need to book a crane rental?
For same-day or next-day crane lifts, call us directly at (702) 884-1003 — availability permitting, we can often accommodate. For planned projects, 1-2 weeks advance booking is ideal to secure the crane and operator. For multi-week projects, book further in advance to lock in your dates.
Are permits required for crane lifts in Las Vegas?
It depends on the lift location and scope. Lifts on private property within your fenced job site usually don't require a lift permit. Lifts over public roads, sidewalks, or within NV Energy power line clearance zones require permits. We can guide you through the process.
