Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations 48+ Hours Before Pickup

If you cancel your reservation 48 or more hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full deposit refund minus a $25 processing fee. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations 24–48 Hours Before Pickup

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a 50% deposit refund. The remaining 50% is retained to cover equipment hold costs and scheduling disruption.

Cancellations Under 24 Hours Before Pickup

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. No deposit refund will be issued. The equipment reservation slot cannot be re-filled on short notice.

No-Show Policy

If you do not appear for your scheduled pickup and have not contacted us to cancel, no refund will be issued. Equipment will be held for up to 4 hours from your scheduled pickup time and then released for re-rental.

Early Returns

Returning equipment before your scheduled end date does not qualify for a refund of unused rental days, unless the early return is due to equipment malfunction caused by EquipMe Rentals. Equipment malfunctions must be reported immediately by calling (702) 710-5095.

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, contact us directly using one of the methods below. Cancellations must be confirmed by an EquipMe Rentals representative to be valid — leaving a voicemail or sending an email does not guarantee same-day processing.
